Delivery times vary for different products. Standard order completion time for stock items is 10-25 days to USA countries, 10-40 days to other countries. Standard order completion time for products made by order is up to 12 weeks to USA, up to 14 weeks to all other destinations.
If an item you are interested in is temporarily out of stock, please enquire and we will notify you of the delay by email and inform you of the anticipated date we expect to ship it. Our website indicates the products’ availability and lead times, however this information shall be regarded as having merely indicative and not binding value. We do not hold responsible and do not issue any form of compensation for any delays in the shipping.
Please note that for shipments outside the USA local customs and import taxes may apply. The customer bears sole responsibility for such duties and sums. The amount of the fee is country-specific, please contact the customs office in the country of destination for more information on applicable duties or taxes.
Returns
You have the right to return a product 14 days after receiving it.
We do not assume responsibility for return shipping costs unless return is a result of quality issue or delivery error on our side. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of the fibre, all our items are unique and may vary slightly in appearance. Although we make every effort to ensure that colours are as close as possible to the actual colours, there may be slight variations due to the colour settings of your screen.
Any item(s) returned to us must be unused and in their original packaging. In order to ensure you may return the item(s), please open the packing carefully so as not to damage the contents. Do not remove any tags or labels and keep original packaging until you decide to keep the item(s). No returns will be accepted on custom-made products.
Once you have notified us of your wish to return the product we will make a refund as soon as possible or within 30 days of your revocation. However, the refund will not be paid before we have received the item(s) back in our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the item(s) have been shipped. The returned good(s) are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please keep all relevant documentation.
